The general procedure for performing flights in the airspace of Belarus for aircraft used in civil, experimental and state aviation has been updated

Aviation rules were approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Ministry of Defense dated September 30, 2024 No. 86/24.

The rules apply to all aircraft operating in the country's airspace and are mandatory for all individuals and legal entities.

The document defines the types of flights, safe altitudes, and general requirements for performing flights.

The procedure for actions in various situations is regulated: during natural disasters, search and rescue operations, in icing conditions, thunderstorm activity and heavy rainfall, turbulence, dust storms, difficult ornithological conditions, failure of systems, surveillance, navigation, sudden deterioration in the health of the crew, forced landing outside the airfield, etc.

Separate sections concern flights of helicopters, seaplanes, ultralight aircraft, UAVs, and civil unmanned aerial vehicles.

Flight patterns in holding areas, signals for airfield traffic have been approved.
