Yesterday, Belavia launched flights to U-Tapao, and on January 11, it will fly to Phuket. Thailand is the Belarusian airline's fourth long-haul destination.
The airline's CEO, Igor Cherginets, answered journalists' questions at a press conference at the National Airport:
"Thailand is a highly anticipated destination. The first flights are highly loaded. We plan to launch flights to Jordan and Tunisia this spring, as well as open new resorts in Vietnam to Belarusians. Flights to Nha Trang are expected to launch on March 31, and to Da Nang in May."
Belavia has had a breakthrough year in 2025: 10 destinations have been opened or resumed! The flight program from regional airports is expanding: 1,675 flights have been operated, carrying 145,112 passengers.
