Belarus – Russia: Aviation Cooperation Program until 2035 and High-Speed Railway Construction

According to Belarusian Ambassador to Russia, cooperation in industrial production was discussed during talks with Russian government at the end of 2025: "We agreed to develop an updated aircraft manufacturing program, which will involve our industrial sector, until 2035."
Receiving a report from Alexander Rogozhnik, the President gave a positive assessment of the development of cooperation with Russia by the end of 2025. The head of state also mentioned the project to build a high-speed railway between Moscow and Minsk, and further to Brest.
Alexander Lukashenko: "This is very important for us. As an industrialist, what do you see here? Is it realistic or unrealistic? Especially since this direction—the eastern one, especially Moscow—is currently in great demand among our people."
