The meeting took place as part of the Unified Information Day on the topic "Modern Approaches to Regional Development: From Economics to Social Infrastructure."
The Minister of Transport answered questions from company employees, focusing on the development prospects for the transport industry. Specifically, they discussed the results of the state program "Transport Complex" through 2025 and the main development areas for the next five-year period, as well as plans for upgrading the rolling stock of urban passenger transport in the capital and the regions.
Another topic of focus was the modernization of road infrastructure in Minsk region and across the country. The minister outlined which road sections will be upgraded in the near future, as well as how transport links between the capital and its satellite towns are being improved.
