The EEC adopted a recommendation in civil aviation for EAEU countries

The Recommendation "On Certain Issues of Harmonization of Legislation of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union in Civil Aviation" was developed in accordance with the norms of international law in civil aviation, based on the standards and practices of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
"EAEU countries have been recommended approaches for implementing the areas previously outlined in the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council's decree. This includes determining the notification procedure for the movement of aircraft without an airworthiness certificate, as well as the grounds for issuing a flight permit for such aircraft," the EEC explained.
The implementation of the recommendation is aimed at facilitating the formation of a common market for air transport services in the EAEU.
