To international road freight carriers – on the number of imported truck tractors

Resolution No. 1/1 of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Industry and Trade dated January 14, 2026, established the number of imported truck tractors for which reduced recycling fee rates apply for 2026:
- environmental class Euro-5 – 300 units
- environmental class Euro-6 – 700 units
Also, the Ministry of Transport Resolution No. 23 dated March 11, 2025, defined the application form and the procedure for approving the purchase of truck tractors of environmental classes 5 and 6 by carriers engaged in international road freight transport for the purpose of applying reduced recycling fee rates.
As of March 13, 2026, the Ministry of Transport has approved the following number of imported truck tractors, in respect of which the recycling fee rates specified in subparagraphs 2.8 and 2.13 of paragraph 2 of Appendix 2 to Resolution No. 437 of the Council of Ministers dated July 1, 2019 apply:
- environmental class Euro-5 – 47 units
- environmental class Euro-6 – 11 units
