The aviation administrations of Belarus and the Kingdom of Thailand signed a Memorandum of Understanding

The document approved a draft intergovernmental agreement on air services. It allows Belavia Airlines to begin operating direct scheduled flights to Thailand.

The signing of the Memorandum took place in Bangkok following consultations between the aviation authorities of the two countries.
