The competition is organized by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and co-organized by government agencies, executive committees, and other organizations.

The competition is held in accordance with the Regulations on the National Competition "Best Exporter of the Year," approved by the Presidium of Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The competition is open to individuals registered in the Republic of Belarus who have been engaged in entrepreneurial activity, producing and supplying goods produced in Belarus for export for at least two years preceding the reporting period.

The competition committee has the right to determine the winner in each nomination as a large, small or medium-sized enterprise.

The competition is held in 17 categories and consists of two stages:

• Stage One, a qualifying round, is organized by the competition co-organizers. This round begins on March 24, 2026.
• Stage Two, a final round, is held after which the selection committee will summarize the competition results and determine the winners. This round begins on May 16, 2026.

The winners of the competition in each nomination will be awarded a prize and a diploma from the BelCCI for "the Best Exporter of the Year," and will also be granted the right to use "the Best Exporter of the Year" badge in their advertising and presentation materials, indicating the year for which they were named winners.
