"My Belarus" exhibition showcases the achievements of key economic sectors, including transport. It portrays a modern, comfortable, and progressive country with cutting-edge technology, a rich heritage, and powerful potential.
The Minister of Transport and Communications addressed the exhibition visitors, as well as the delegates and participants of the 7th All-Belarusian People's Assembly:
"'My Belarus' exhibition showcases the results we've achieved—everything we can be proud of, everything made possible by our daily work and the faith we each have in ourselves. Together, we are capable of so much!
The People's Forum sets the direction for the coming years. Today, the Belarusian people are discussing their future—a future we are building for our children and grandchildren. And each participant in this important event makes a personal contribution to strengthening the country's economic potential, unity, peace, and harmony in society, and the sovereignty of our state.
During the final five-year period, transport workers focused their efforts on building a sustainable transport system. We developed new logistics routes, launched airlines, launched aircraft, mastered the repair of new aircraft types, upgraded passenger aircraft, and implemented infrastructure projects. The safe and timely delivery of passengers and cargo, along with reliable infrastructure, have rightfully become the hallmark of Belarus's transport sector.
The country's socioeconomic development program for 2026–2030 sets us challenges that require maximum dedication and focus. A five-year period of major projects and new opportunities is approaching.
The transport development strategy aims to improve citizens' living standards through further improvements to roads, the renewal of public transport with an emphasis on environmental friendliness, improved quality and accessibility of transport services, and the widespread adoption of innovations.
Dear colleagues! I am confident that through joint efforts, we can achieve our main priority: transforming the transport sector into an effective tool for enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy for the benefit of our native Belarus."
