The Minister of Transport and Communications addressed the graduates – future pilots – with parting words.:
"Dear friends! Today you stand at the start of an important life journey. Four and a half years ago, you took the first step – choosing your future profession and your purpose. Now your task is to move forward confidently, not retreat from difficulties, and achieve your goals.
Be worthy successors to the traditions established by previous generations of aviators. I am confident that each of you will become a true professional, dedicated to your work and your country."
The Minister of Transport thanked the academy's faculty for their professional and responsible work in training the next generation of pilots.
