Belarusian Railways and BelSUT signed a Roadmap for the implementation of certain areas of the Concept for the Development of Engineering Education in the Republic of Belarus until 2035

The document was signed by the head of the Belarusian Railways Valery Verenich and the rector of BelSUT Nikolai Kazakov.

The meeting discussed tasks aimed at developing key aspects of engineering education, strengthening cooperation between the highway and the university, and training highly qualified personnel for the Belarusian transport industry.

Among the main areas:

improving career guidance work
improving the quality and practical orientation of education
introduction of new methods of labor education
improving the effectiveness of teaching activities

The Rector of BelSUT noted the importance of developing a strategic partnership with Belarusian Railways:

"The signing of this roadmap marks a new stage in the training of engineering personnel who can meet the industry's modern challenges. Only through close collaboration between science, education, and industry can we ensure the sustainable development of the country's transport system."

◽️The head of Belarusian Railways took part as the chairman of the State Examination Committee for the defense of master's theses (works in the specialty "Transport", profile "Transport processes and systems") and communicated with future young specialists.
