A major logistics meeting was held at Belarusian Railways headquarters under the leadership of Alexei Lyakhnovich

The meeting was attended by representatives of the State Customs Committee, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the concerns “Bellesbumprom”, “Belgospischeprom” and “Belneftekhim”, Belarusian Railways, the Association of International Automobile Carriers (BAMAP), transport and freight forwarding companies, and large Belarusian exporting enterprises.

The agenda includes a wide range of issues related to the delivery of domestic export products to foreign markets. These include:

  • tracking of rail shipments using navigation seals across the EAEU will begin in February 2026;
  • development of transportation of certain types of cargo through international transport corridors passing through the territory of Belarus and Russia
  • features of organizing cargo transportation between China and Belarus and China and Europe
  • reconstruction of railway infrastructure

Among the most pressing topics discussed at the meeting were the need for Belarusian Railways to implement a more flexible tariff policy for exporters and freight forwarders, the practice of using navigation seals when transporting goods by road, proposals for changes to tax legislation, and many others.

The Minister gave the relevant instructions.
