As the head of the Ministry of Transport noted, the tradition of holding clean-up days unites the country for a common cause and helps make Belarus even more beautiful.
Alexey Lyakhnovich:
"This tradition is deeply ingrained in each of us by previous generations and resonates in the heart of every Belarusian. We will undoubtedly pass on this love of creative work to our children and grandchildren. Respect for our heritage and work on our ancestral lands are what unites us and makes us stronger."
According to the Minister, this year marks the 85th anniversary of the start of the Great Patriotic War. It is important that patriotic projects such as the "Memory Train" and "Victory Train" are being implemented across the Union State to preserve the memory of those horrific years.
