According to information from the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Belarus, the procedure for issuing insurance contracts at border checkpoints of the Republic of Azerbaijan will be suspended for owners of vehicles registered outside of Azerbaijan and who do not have a Green Card international motor insurance certificate, starting in October 2025.
