Resolution of the Council of Ministers of March 31, 2026 No. 147 “On the transportation of passengers and goods” provides for:
The event took place in Astana on the 70th anniversary of the Organization for Cooperation between Railways (OCR). It was attended by the heads (responsible representatives) of 25 railways, as well as OCR affiliated enterprises.
The exhibition is being held as a series of congress and exhibition events aimed at creating a communication environment for discussing innovative ideas, exchanging information on production and technological advances in special means, special equipment and weapons, as well as for the purpose of a large-scale demonstration of high-tech, innovative developments and ready-made solutions that contribute to the improvement of the technical equipment of law enforcement agencies and other security agencies whose activities are aimed at implementing the state policy of the Republic of Belarus in national security.
The event brought together more than 80 experts from member states of the Interstate Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (ISC), representatives of railways, railway equipment manufacturers, and industry researchers.
Belarusian delegation was headed by Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications Sergei Dubina, and Russian delegation was led by Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Alexei Shilo.
