The main purpose of the working trip to Minsk was to participate in a meeting of Belarusian-Chinese Joint Commission on International Automobile Transport.
Since the beginning of 2025, work has been completed on the right-of-ways of approximately 450 km of national and more than 2,000 km of local highways, as well as 207 km of railways, to remove waste, dead wood, hazardous trees, and shrubs.
The first meeting of railway executives from the Eurasian Economic Union member states was held in Moscow. Representatives from Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia participated in the event.

A working meeting was held at the Ministry of Transport between Alexey Lyakhnovich and a delegation from the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Belarus, led by the head of the diplomatic mission, Rakhmatulla Nazarov.
