The Deputy Prime Minister Anatoly Sivak and the First Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications Grigory Glazko took part in the work of the Technical and Economic Council of Belarusian Railway (TEC BR).

The Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications Sergey Dubina and the Deputy Minister of Economy Vladimir Naumovich took part in the work of the board.

The meeting of the final board was chaired by the Minister Alexey Lyakhnovich. The event was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister Anatoly Sivak, representatives of ministries and departments, national and local government bodies, and heads of enterprises.

Administrative procedures for issuing and obtaining permission to admit a vehicle (except for wheeled tractors, trailers, and semi-trailers for them) to participate in road traffic, are included in the list of administrative procedures, applications from interested parties for which are submitted in electronic form through a single portal of electronic services.

The agreement concerns the implementation of international road transport of passengers and goods between the two countries, transit through their territories from the territory of a third state or to the territory of a third state, as well as cabotage road transport of goods.

The draft resolution of the Ministry of Transport “On Amending the Resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus dated November 30, 2018 No. 28” has been submitted for public discussion.

The development of logistics with Pakistan was discussed today in Minsk. The negotiations were attended by the Minister of Transport and Communications Alexey Lyakhnovich, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Belarus Mohammed Aejaz, and the heads of the largest logistics companies in Belarus, Pakistan and Russia.

The main air hub of Belarus hosted the grand opening of a new route – a flight of Air China.

This is provided for by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of December 20, 2024 No. 991.

CEO of airline “Belavia” Igor Cherginets spoke about the advantages of the new regular flight from Minsk: "The first flight showed interest from passengers - not only Belarusians, but also citizens of China and Russia. The load is not bad: they intend to transport 135 passengers from Minsk to Urumqi, and 107 back. There will also be cargo from Urumqi on board - more than a ton of spare parts for motor vehicles."
