Aleksey Lyakhnovich met with his Russian counterpart Roman Starovoit today in Moscow.

Belarusian side was headed by Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of Belarus Sergei Dubina. Russian side was headed by State Secretary – Deputy Minister of Transport of Russia Dmitry Zverev.

On the sidelines of the forum, Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of Belarus Sergei Dubina and State Secretary – Deputy Minister of Transport of Russia Dmitry Zverev approved the Procedure for informing about threats of committing and about committing acts of illegal interference in the activities of transport infrastructure facilities of the two countries, as well as vehicles used for international and cabotage road transport of goods.

Belarus became a full participant in the Agreement between the governments of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on creating favorable conditions for international road transport on November 11, 2018. The competent authority responsible for the implementation of the agreement is the Ministry of Transport.
